Installed easily, extremely sturdy

Bought this to hang a large older flatscreen on our wall. Installed it in an afternoon with my kids and it works GREAT. The range of motion is excellent, and has very smooth operation. It has a very satisfying "click" (or more of a soft "thunk") into place when you want it flat up against the wall, and stays there very sturdily. Installation wasn't awful, and had lots of mount points for screwing it into studs on the wall. Definitely recommended!

Quality control needs work

I’m sure it’s a good mount, too bad the parts I’ve received are BENT. Will have to use titanium pliers to restore them to a semi-straight shape. Was looking forward to using this but may have to return if I cannot fix this. See picture attached for an example.
