I love but product but do not understand why the sleep tracking is inaccurate when using Samsung Health app. Last night it registered 2.34 hours of sleep. Maybe I need to contact Samsung. Otherwise, love the product.

Useless. Extreme battery drain and overheating.

I owned this watch for just three months and then the battery suddenly wouldn't hold a charge. No "fix", no amount of resetting etc. worked, it would not even last the whole workday without dying, and this is with very minimal use. And now today it started overheating to the point of burning my skin and will no longer turn on. Complete waste of money and I may never buy a Samsung product again.
