It didn't worked at first. I talked with the support. They toll me to send it back. I tried disconnecting and connecting again the lamp, and it worked. (WARNING: doing this voids the warranty).Really good picture and resolution

Decent incorrect projector

I purchased this projector because of the price and the 4K input. Shipping and everything was quick and efficient. When opening the package I noticed that the projector I received was not the one that was advertised in the listing. I contacted the seller and they offered me a $20 refund for my trouble. Since then the projector will randomly work and then decide not to work. When the projector actually works there is a good picture but not the picture I was expecting based off of the information listed in the listing for the projector and the actual projector I received. Be very careful and make sure it’s the exact item that you receive otherwise you will have issues down the road. Currently learning that as I type this review.
