Android 9.0 TV Box 2GB RAM 16GB ROM

The included remote does not work well, we regularly had to put it in "mouse" or "curser" mode because it doesn't move from app to app or from movie to movie (netflix/amazon) as other similar boxes do. The interface between the box and remote is "clunky" at best and extremely frustrating. I wanted to like this and gave it several months but never could get used to it (my dislikes are more than a "quirky" interface) but finally gave in and bought a different androidTV box. I went with an Nvidia shield pro, that is a much more expensive product and I don't want to compare the two as equals or as cost comparative. My android TV purchased at walmart was better than this one. Sorry, I wanted to like it, I gave it a long opportunity, and finally, I am a tech savy guy. Just let down by this one. I will admit and need to point out that I did NOT contact the seller, I did NOT try other boxes of the same model so I am willing to accept that it MAY be simply my box that isn't working right.
