Overall, not a terrible product for the price. Let's be real, they are not AirPods, but for the price I would not expect them to be. I reduced one star because the first set I received was DOA, one of the ear buds would not turn on, but Amazon customer support was great and replaced them after a brief conversation. I reduced another star because of battery life. I normally use them about 1 hour per day and toss them back in the case. I'm not sure how long the earbud batteries will last on one charge, but the case itself lasts only a few days. The product listing says the earbud batteries should provide 7 hours of operation at 30%-40% volume (which it might do, I don't listen them very loud) and the operator's manual says to charge the case every 3 months to avoid shortening battery life. The case lasts only about 7 days, far less than the 3 months recommended. In all, I'd buy them again know that my expectations on battery life are better understood.
