Samsung 82" RU8000 / RU800D 4K 8 Series Smart TV

The TV is great...once I got it working. Otherwise, it was a nightmare getting it to work after I had already hung this 99 lb beast on my wall. So my review is not on the television itself, but on the overall quality of what I received from the company. First, unlike some other reviews, it did not come in the original box, but instead it cam in an over-sized, flimsy box that when we lifted the outer box, the TV just fell over with no internal support (it's amazing it made it in one piece. But more frustrating was the damn thing turned on, but didn't work! After several factory resets, and painfully navigating the configuration settings with the app on my phone (because the remote wouldn't work) I finally got the system to stabilize. Then, I discovered there was an issue with the remote only partially syncing with the system. Once I resolved that, it seemed to fix everything wrong with it. It was all very frustrating, so I would recommend better testing of these rebuilt units before sending out to customers.
