Samsung Q7DR Series HDR 4K Smart QLED TV

I like many other reviewers went through the same decision making process. After visiting multiple stores and comparing the Q6 and Q7 models in person, it became apparent very quickly that the full array Q7 was a no brainer. Now having decided on the more expensive model I set out to find the best pricing. Black Friday around the corner most deals were 1,999. Then I came across amazon renewed. We decided to roll the dice as it was still backed with an amazon warranty and their customer service has been good. The TV was scheduled with freight delivery 2 weeks from order date. Well i received a call from the freight company offering to deliver it a week early (yesterday)! The TV arrived and looks immaculate. I for the life of me could not find even a mounting mark or finger print on it. I would not hesitate ordering Amazon renewed again. The Tv itself is massive. For the first time I had to have help mounting it above our mantle. You WILL need assistance moving it (75” model at least). A few settings tweaks later and we are loving our new living room mini theater. The only things that are t great are the smart features (mainly the Apple TV app is definitely not a replacement of an actual Apple TV unit). The controller is a little sparse, which some people may like. However, the automatic voice control waking almost never worked, however began to turn on by itself while watching TV. Not a deal breaker as I just turned that feature off since I would never really use it anyway. That really has been the only negative.
