I purchased this Android phone which had the connectivity features that I needed to be a controller for my electric bike. Simple to navigate and is currently in service.

This is not a Net10 phone. It can't be activated or serviced by Net10. I called Net10 to get it activated. The employee that I talked to informed me that they couldn't do it. It was not compatible with Net10 services. The information that I got for this phone was wrong. This phone is useless. I ordered this phone 3 weeks ago. I can't do anything with it. I ordered a case with it too. That case is also useless. This company has offered me technical support to get the phone activated. This technical support is useless. Net10 can NOT activate this phone. I threw away my money.
