Great ear buds.

First off these are my third pair. The first pair was remanufactured I loved had approximately 6 hours of talk and listen time, and I lost them. Bought a second pair and they were trash. The batteries only lasted 10 minutes. No joke, used several charging cords and pods, turn on and they would say battery high and in 10 minutes say recharge battery and shut down. Sent those back with no problems returning but they did not have any replacements. A couple weeks later I got a messsage these we available . They work great. I wear them a lot and yes after a little while my ears will get a little irritated but I can hear what is going on around me even when listening to a podcast. I will definitely buy again but I will try not to loose these.

Battery Dead - Will Not Recharge

Now the battery is dead and it won't recharge.Unfortunately, they are Amazon "Renewed" with only a 90-day warranty.DO NOT buy anything from the Amazon Renewed Store.**UPDATE** I contacted the manufacturer to discuss possible solutions, here is their response:"Thank you for contacting Poly, an HP company.Unfortunately, as per our warranty policy, we will not be able to replace your Poly headset as it is out of warranty. Moreover, we do not repair any of our products instead we replace the product if it’s in warranty and without any damage. Since your product is out of warranty, unfortunately, we are unable to assist you with replacement at this time."
