Excellent price, looks, feels and works like new

Edit 4/2/2020: After trying to set up Google Pay, I discovered that this phone has the SW for the unlocked model flashed onto it, LMG710ULM, but is definitely not the factoy unlocked model. It won't update to Pie and GPay will not work, but other than that the phone is great. I believe the sellers should be a bit more honest about these things, or maybe they don't know about them. I'm still enjoying the phone and will be keeping it. I was worried about buying a renewed phone but as soon as I opened the box, my worries were put to rest. My LG G7 looked brand new, no signs of wear and tear. I quickly checked to see if it was indeed the factory unlocked model and it was. Definitely satisfied with my purchase from Re-cell.

First of all, the phone itself is great. It is very fast. I have no problems at all with it other than I wish it got a little bit more reception. Sometimes it gets one bar less than a Samsung S7 at the same location. However, I give this such a low rating because I did not get a factory unlock phone. When I try to get on Google pay, it said this is a rooted phone with an over installed image. It also would not allow me to use AT&T Wi-Fi calling, because it is not a factory unlocked phone. Unfortunately, the cellar was either mistaken, or purposely misleading hoping the consumer would not be an advanced user and find these things out. It is a good phone, and I can do without the features, but there are times that I really do wish I could use Wi-Fi calling. I tried Google pay Simply to verify my suspicion that it was a rooted phone with LQ G7 Thinq image installed from the net. Other services will not work on this phone either, such as My ATT. It takes security very seriously, and the since this is a rooted phone with who-knows-what installed under the hood, they will not allow this system to access this portion of their Network.
