Nice addition, adds more flexible charging methods.

I purchased these because they can be USB charged in my 4Runner. I've also tested the battery life. I've left the R5s on for 3 days and they still operated. I could charge the small batteries with the 120V outlet in the back of the vehicle using the battery charger and a power strip but they would be out of reach. The 4Runner has plenty of USD ports and the R5s can be kept on the back of the front seats.

These batteries add a lot of extra life to radio and only add about 1.5" to the length. Only issue is that the fit is a hair loose. It is a slight wiggle that feels odd when using the keypad or holding the radio in my hand. Not a bad price, but the battery could fit better.
