It’s amazing, but not for your downstairs neighbors

EDIT: I figured out how to mess with the treble and midrange etc. it’s an amazing speaker but it’s my own fault for buying a speaker with so much bass. There really is no way to turn it down, I mean it turns down but it still bumps on the lowest setting. I edit to give 4 ⭐️ Because I still think the bass should be able to go quieter. I thought the whole thing would be the speaker but the whole thing is actually straight bass and there is 2 small circular speakers in the very front about the circumference of a soda can. Sound quality is super uneven. I wanted bass but that’s literally all I got.. I could never enjoy this the way I wanted to living on the 3rd floor of an apartment complex, I even tried dumbing down the bass by putting it on my bed, blankets underneath, on my carpet, on the counter, it just shakes the walls no matter what even on a very low volume. Returning and probably just going with a JBL.

Odd shape with annoying lights

Got this to use for outdoor movie viewing. The fact that you cannot turn off the LEDs over the very weak subwoofers. With bass turned up to 14 (highest) the sound still feels very flat. Pumping a 100Hz signal straight into the aux port results in very little bass. Volume is very low as well, scale goes up to 60, but to be clearly audible at 5 feet, you have to start off at 40, and at 50, the sound begins to degrade and speakers oversaturate, creating nasty distortion. There is no way that this unit is pushing out the advertised wattage, at best this is on par with a 10w system that i have. Item arrived with torn baffle on one of the subwoofers which results in a rattle when trying to drive the bass response with a signal generator. This was not worth even a discounted price. The mids are muddy, lows are next to non-existent and the highs are crackly. I cannot fathom where this item is actually supposed to perform in a meaningful way. I will refrain from buying Pyle products in the future, too many failures in too short a period of time.
