Works great. Chargers through Otterbox case.

Works great for my iPhone 11. My phone is non-magnetic so I have to make sure that it is centered. The charger makes it easy though as the light comes on when it starts charging. The light only stays on for 15 seconds which is a nice feature since I use it on bedside table. I have an Otterbox Defender case and it charges just fine through the case. I have had this for 1 week so I can’t speak about durability at this point. If I find a issue, I will update the review.

Why did you pick this product vs others?: I had a charging pad once before and really liked it. This one is very slow to charge, I would not order again.
