Works very well for calling kids in after recess- plenty loud. I don't really use the record/play feature, but it does work. Batteries seem to last pretty well. I wish it had a "trigger" to turn on to speak, but that's about the only thing I'd change. Several other teachers have order one after seeing mine...

If I could give it 0 stars I would! It stopped working after 1 use! Pointless buy!
