One Cable to Rule Them All
By Cynthia Collins on Reviewed in the United States on August 26, 2020
I got this one in 3ft red. It's a great cable! I like the red because it stands out and makes my charger easier to keep track of. Very sturdy feeling, should last for years! I like that it's wrapped so I don't have to worry about a plastic wrapping peeling eventually. This should stay in good shape for a while! Anker even offers a lifetime warranty on this too, so if it ever goes bad or anything, they will replace it for free! Can't beat that! I won't need to buy another cable for the foreseeable future, since my phone and just about all my other electronics charge using USB-C, and the USB-A input is just the common USB that all computers, TV's, and even electrical outlets have. The little travel case that comes with it is an amazing bonus as well! Keeps it neatly packed away to keep in my purse for those times where I'm at a friends or wherever, and my phone is about to die. As I said, this will work with pretty much any wall brick, car charger, or USB-A port! Perfect!!!

It worked... for a while
By Rick on Reviewed in the United States on August 30, 2019
I purchased this cable soon after the purchase of my 2018 Ford F-150 in February 2019, and it worked flawlessly for the first few months. However, within the last few weeks, a few problems have emerged: - My phone (Samsung Galaxy S10) has been flashing warnings that the charging is insufficient. - My phone will lose it's connection to Android Auto if I move the phone at all, simply from moving the cable when touching the phone. - My Android Auto display will occasionally flash an error that the connected cable is incompatible when initially connecting the cable. Disconnecting and reconnecting sometimes works. I did not previously experience any of these issues up until a few weeks ago (beginning of June?) Everything works swimmingly when using an OEM Samsung cable so I know it is not my phone nor my truck. I have stuck with Anker for all of my USB cable needs for the past few years, and assume that customer service will make things right very soon.
