Samsung Class NU7100 / NU710D Smart 4K UHD TV

Samsung UN75NU7100 (UN75NU7100FXZA) 75" NU7100 Smart 4K UHD TV 2018 Model, placed on Dec. 13, 2018 the product arrived on 12/21/2018. Exterior of box was in order. Opened the box and inspected the front screen, back of tv and frame. All appeared in order. Upon hooking up the tv and turning it on is when we observed the extreme damage to the screen. (See Attached photo) We contacted Beach Camera and they said, "Please allow 7-9 business days for them, (the freight service) to contact you. Once the TV has been picked up, we will issue a full refund. " ARE YOU KIDDING ME! So I guess I do without a tv for the holidays. We just called them back and now they say it's up for review...What is to review? Look at the picture. IT'S BROKEN!!! So it's going to be a very quiet holiday.
