Pretty nice and great for zoom meetings using the stand. Too bad it doesn’t charge a watch too.

Piece of crap

I am not happy with this product. I purchased it to play music and charge my phone in my office. I have only used it for a few days but have run into numerous problems already. First, the positives: 1-It looks fine 2-The sound quality is pretty good (when it works) Now, the negatives: 1-Battery charges very slowly. This is my first wireless charger so I don't have any other experience but my iPhone X charges at approximately 1/10 of the speed that it would charge via USB. 2-Phone gets very hot when charging. I tried the usual fixes but this is a constant. 3-As others have pointed out, when the product is turned on, there is a loud annoying voice announcing that it is on and that Bluetooth is connected. This is completely unnecessary. 4-Bluetooth disconnects if not in use for a (relatively short) while. WHY???? 5-Bluetooth occasionally disconnects even while connected. 6-Often difficult to get music to start playing. I don't think this is a iPhone or Music issue as I didn't have any problem with my previous music player. 7-Music "pauses" and stops playing randomly. Again, I didn't have this problem with my previous player. 8-Volume randomly fluctuates when reconnecting to Bluetooth. I am not the one to write reviews and rarely give a one-star rating but felt impelled to do both this time. Update: I am continuing to use this piece of garbage and all of the above still remains true. The latest issue is that the phone gets so hot when charging that it stops charging and I get a message on the phone that charging will only continue when the phone cools off. BUYER BEWARE. Update #2 (January 2023): All of the above gripes still apply. Now, as others have experienced, the charger only intermittently works and I suspect that it shortly will not work at all. Update #3 (April 2023): It does not seem to be able to charge an iPhone 14. Update #4 (February 2024): It crapped out on me despite me hardly using it. Good riddance.

Great price and sound to match...

This charger/speaker works amazingly well with phones and tablets alike. The sound is loud and clear and the quality is more then acceptable for its purpose. It fits in a window sill perfectly and is at a comfortable angle for viewing the screen. I like it so much I've bought 3 of them for different rooms.
Great charger and speaker, but the adapter and ports could have been better..

I recently bought this for my wife as a gift and she loves it. I was looking at the D100 but the fact that it was standard wireless charge kept me away. This one solved the problem for me. It supports Fast Charge and it charges my wife's phone with the screen on all the time while playing music. The sound is not great and not bad--it is definitely better the phone's speaker and is richer and loud enough to fill up a room, or a kitchen as in my wife's case. I only wish it has a universal USB-C plug instead of the proprietary generic adapter that's included. I would rather just get an Anker QC 3.0 charger to power this thing. The other thing is the two USB ports on the back provide a Slow Charge for my daughter's Samsung tablet, regardless if I use the 1A or 2A port. There is no difference. Overall, this is a solid device that I still recommend based on the 1 month of use.

Bought this for my niece. She still uses it in her room, and when I go to visit my sister I can hear it from the kitchen. So, by that statement, I can tell you that this has excellent volume.

Have owned Two D100 Azpen units one in Lake Home in Virginia Another i place in NC Both by my bedside for use by family of Samsung Galaxy 7s,8, 9Edge and 10 . The unit we got this time around was th white unit for use wr in our bathroom or Kitchen with Sat Radio Apps on our phones. We found out that you must unpair the Dq00 model & repair to use this model. Another thing all of us liked with the D100 (previous model) is that it WOULD charge through Both fittings of an Otter Defender case, this D108 Model WILL NOT You must take the rubber case off in order to use it. Making it useless if you are trying to protect you $1000 phone from breaking on a tile floor. from any height above 2 feet. Most Counters are 3 ft tall. Another problem is No Light on the Vol and Arrow controls on the front of the unit so if you are looking from above the unit You cannot tell what controls your hitting, Volume up or Volume Down. The ports in tha back are handy for chraging watches, fitbits and backup batteries. We found luettoth use was erratic on this unit despite pairing on Samsung Galaxy S7, S8 and S8Edge . Some others have pointed out they could get the device to work by plugging it into a USB port. We ho[e we wont have to do this we could just utilize a TTYL with our cellphones in wireless format and we can keep both parts of the Otter Defender case on, with a TTYL. We did get a slight increase in sound Volume over the D100 unit but Not as great as we had hoped we wanted to use this in that bathroom with the Jacuzzi running ; not sure it will achieve our desired purpose YMMV..

Highly recommend this product & the vendor. Beautiful design & good quality sound. Suggestion: When pairing a second or third device to the D108, make sure all other devices already paired are completely turned off. Have a total of 3 devices paired the my new Dockall D108 & they all function beautifully. Uncreatable Bluetooth range. Thanks.

It’s great at what it does: charging your unit while allowing you to listen to music or watch videos. No, the sound won’t blow you away, but its speakers are way better than your iPhone XS speakers, no contest.

I bought this for my office, since we were using an old speaker and a very old ipod. The overall look is very sleek and the wireless charging is a plus. I have an Iphone 11 with a case and popsocket and it was still able to charge my phone. The downsides - the start up is very loud. I work in a small office and when I turn it on everyone stares lol. The other downside is if you have your phone bluetoothed in, then it rings when your phone rings. Anytime I connect my phone via bluetooth I have to turn on do not disturb. Other than that the sound quality is great!
A good Q charger

Very sturdy and quality charger. Decent sound and charges your Q equipment quickly, however the USB charging port is underpowered and there's no aux cord input. The charging pad can hold two phones but narrow charging strip charges only one
