Refurbished but good as new and a great bargain

This is the 2nd set of Samsung speakers I have bought and the same model. The rear speakers are small which is nice and the entire set up works great with my new 82" Samsung TV. It is a little effort to get them to sync with the sound bar but once everything is connected, they sound great with no distortion. The volume control on the soundbar also works with the TV remote once you get everything programed correctly. A lot of people comment about the lack of volume but this adjustment is located on the soundbar control and I have mine set at 6+ with the bass set at high too. This is perfect so it fills the room and is not too distracting with no delay. I figure the complainers just don't know how to read directions and thus why they are giving this system low ratings.

Connection issues

I bought this a month ago. The rear speakers and remote receiver didn't work, so I contacted the seller. They responded quickly and offered to replace the rear unit. i emailed back for a replacement, which arrived a few weeks later. I was able to pair the unit successfully to the sound bar this time. i appreciate the seller's genuine intention to replace the faulty unit. Sound quality: the base unit lacks depth, the sound bar has high treble and the remote speakers are very low in volume, even with 5.1 ch sound. Samsung did a terrible job of building this model. but for the refurbished price, it is an ok deal. Hope this is helpful to those who are researching good quality sound bars.....
