Comprehensive Review for my skeptical newcomers/Those screwed by KANOA.
By Gingerkid on Reviewed in the United States on September 13, 2017
This review is a bit long, but comprehensive, so bare with me. I want to start by saying I think these are absolutely fantastic and have already begun recommending them to all my friends, if that tells you anything. During my research phase of truly wireless headphones I pulled all of the specifications of the leading trending brands (Bradi Dash, AirPods, Nuheara IQ and a few other's who's name are inconsequential to this review) as far as loudness, frequency, bass response, they are all comparable to each other. The sound quality is very good, I wish the volume was louder but there is an expected volume loss with bluetooth audio already so there is nothing you can do about that. So at this point you are wondering why do I buy these as opposed to the others at upwards of $200 more than some brands. The additional features of this headphone is what makes it stand out compared to the others. The battery life while it is not the highest available to the market, it is the highest available in the sport class of headphone. When I say sport class I'm referring to the models that are meant to withstand water, sweat, heat expansion, and actually stay in your ears during vigorous bouts of activity. The app is a wonderful addition to these headphones, It is filled with features, settings, add-ons, management tools, and information all collected from an earpiece. The heart monitoring is very accurate and with that come V02 max indication(now i don't need to wear a heart monitor) The GPS, distance, pace, cadence, lap time, in addition to tracking of these for multiple activities render my GPS watch null and void. You can manipulate the information it reads to you, manipulate when it reads it to you, if it reads it to you, and if it drowns out your music while it reads it to you. The app is extremely user friendly and easy to use. The app even has a GPS "where are my headphones" feature which is great considering they are little guys and you may lose track of them. Bluetooth Connectivity is better than expected. After you initially sync them to your device, overtime there after once you take them out of the charging case, they will boot up, and connect to your phone before you can place them in your ears. They are ready to go at all times. Now when you have them in your ears you may notice as you switch between apps, or music, or phone calls they re sync with each other overtime, some might find this annoying but if that is a deal breaker for you, maybe truly wireless technology is not for you until more development has occurred. I would like to address the numerous complaints for "fitment". First off, they fit my ears nicely. I would venture to say that they probably fit the majority of people's ear nicely. The 1 and 2 star reviews in here that say "the fitment is HORRIBLE" should be taken with a grain of salt and perhaps, evaluated not as a mark against the product Jabra has released, but a person requiring a more specifically engineered product. If you want custom fitment there are companies that will take mold of your ear and give you the perfect fit and turn in into a wireless headphone for a modest fee of no less than $800. You probably already know if your ear does not work with generic headphones. I cannot attest to the longevity of this product as I have only had them a week, but I am confident that should any problems arise Jabra will take care of me and do right by their customer base. That being said every user buying should understand that this is relatively new technology and that there is no truly wireless headphone currently on the market without quirks, glitches, and other miscellaneous uh-ohs. If you do not wish to be apart of the test bed for this and take the time it will require to get replacement headphones should a problem arise, give it a year or so before you decide to invest in this developing process. Final thoughts are, Headphone could be louder, it has great sound, the hear through feature is so cool, the app takes the cake, fitment is good but perhaps a deeper fitting bud would not only help some people with fitment but also help the volume issue. Great Product, highly recommend, looking forward to future releases from Jabra!

Dead after 2 years
By Shwe17 on Reviewed in the United States on November 7, 2017
3rd UPDATE: Sadly I have to drop this to one star. The right earbud is done - no sound is coming out at all. I’ve done every possible fix recommended and it simply doesn’t work. Oddly, the Control buttons do but the speaker is gone. So these lasted exactly 2 years to the day. Beyond the fact they broke you would be an absolute sucker to pay $200 for almost 3 year old technology. Try the 65t active - despite my issues with this I did like Jabra overall and will still with them for one more set. Likely the 75t Active that was just announced. EDIT TO ORIGINAL REVIEW: I've had these now for about 3 months and the trouble is coming in. For some reason, the left earbud goes into a fit and drops the signal, in and out, at times. This has happened twice and there doesn't seem to be any reason for it. I disconnected and reconnected, the phone is about two feet away at most - nothing. Then, it magically resolves itself a day or two later. For the price point that's pretty ridiculous. The second issue with the left earbud - at times, and this is often. The sound does not match the right earbud - it's much, much quieter. Again, not reason I can tell this happens. Absolutely disappointed. My first pair of wireless earbuds and I'm impressed. Though the fit seemed to be an issue for many, they work fine for me. Forms a great seal to keep the outside noise out and are reasonably comfortable. Connectivity is simple and fast, I've never dropped a signal unless I walked further than the specified distance. Waterproof - yes, this is great. I've used them in the rain and the shower (I saw somebody else tried this so I had to.) The design is sleek and durable. Though I hate opening the case because the buds feel like they are going to fall out if you open it too fast. Sound - The sound is good, not great - which is what I expected. BT audio still isn't 'there'. It's not going to blow an audiophile away and I have had to switch the EQ quite a few times to find the right fit for certain genres but overall, it's decent and on par with a $100 pair of wired headphones. The biggest issue? They don't get all that loud! Sometimes when I'm vibing on something at want to jam it up I'll look at the screen and see I'm one click away from Max volume. Hugely disappointing there but, then again, I should take better care of my poor ears after years of unobstructed concerts. Am I happy with the purchase? Yes. Though, I did buy them at the under $200 - at the time of this writing they have jumped to $250 - if you are on the fence but no in a hurry, wait until the price drops again. $250 seems a smidge too high.
