Awesome products, BEST customer service!

I could NOT be more satisfied with Contixo. As a first-time drone buyer, I was nervous about finding the right product for a Christmas gift, but Jerry at Contixo went above and beyond to help me find the right product. I ended up getting both the F17+ and F18 for recipients with different needs. At this point, I've spent a couple months researching drones, and both the F17+ and F18 are the only two drones with all the following features: - Under $500 (I broadened my search to up to $500, but Contixo was still the best for what I was looking for) - Compatible travel/storage case - High quality camera: 4k camera (F17+) or 1080p camera (F18) - Extended battery life (nearly ~20 min. ea) - Brushless motors - Lights for night flying/general awesomeness - Attractive design - Excellent reviews (Although both models have many more awesome features, I was looking for this specific combination) Since these are Christmas presents, I haven’t been able to play with them yet. However! I want to give a specific and well-deserved shout out to Contixo’s business model and customer service. There are so many companies that produce drones; I knew there was a spectrum of customer service quality that went along with the many options the internet has to offer. But simply due to the extraordinary experience I had with Contixo over the past two months, I have complete confidence in their products going forward. Responsive – Per the suggestion from another Contixo customer review, I reached out via messenger on their Facebook page. I didn’t expect a response, but heard back in an hour! Every time I messaged, I heard back in an hour or much sooner. Accessible – No red tape. Hit up their Facebook page or give them a ring and you’ll get to speak to a real live human ASAP. No robots. No holding music. Above and beyond helpful – I had a lot of questions for Jeff, and he answered every single one with much more info than expected. He even gave me his direct line so he could hear out my concerns. Turns out, Jeff isn’t even in the Customer Service department—he just wanted to help me! To top it off, I decided I wanted to swap out one of the F17+’s I bought for an F18, but it was past the return window. I asked Jeff if he had any suggestions, and he is having Contixo issue me a full refund! No hassle, just a 5 minute phone call. Now if that isn’t a culture of customer service, I don’t know what is. Thank you, Contixo!

So I ship it back for warranty. Call to see what's going on. Lady tells me they received it and they opened it but were waiting in me to describe the issue. The ISSUE was one motor was ticking when I spun it after prop install. So I tell her she says ok they'll get on it. Four days later I call again. I know from experience swapping motor takes about 20 minutes. Receptionist then tells me they actually dont have it. USPS assures me they do. Now they refuse to return my calls my email. WARNING DONT DEAL WITH THESE PEOPLE. You are wasting your money. If I could id give it a.003 stars Arrived today (I'm Jacked up) Open it everything looks great. Goes together great nice fit and finish. Insert SD card in camera ......NOPE it says go away ( I paraphrase ) Refuses to see the card. (No its not an Old card) Dont have a second card to try, but it works in my Active on CX Gold just fine. Also downloaded the Contixo app NTK Cam like it suggests in manual. Turn on WiFi Samsung phone sees it instantly. Wahooo! Does it work? NOPE! it says go away again, maybe another time ( I paraphrase ) Sits there with the red circle going around FOREVER! No really it doesn't stop. Did I mention the battery came stone cold dead? SO hurry up and wait again. Also unless the battery is Completely charged <> Dont even Bother trying the WiFi. It wont work. The Quad -- So You take it all out of the awesome looking box, then you THROW AWAY THE BOX! ( I paraphrase ) cuz you cant ever use it again, if you add even one of the items that comes with : IE Camera/ Landing legs/prop guards. IT WONT GO BACK IN! Anywho I unpack the parts lay everything out nice and neat and start assembling. GOES GREAT! finally good news. Oh wait Karma steps back in the picture. Load the battery after 5 frigging hrs wait. Suggestion *get a Gerbil put it on a wheel hook a magneto to the wheel and it would charge faster than the balance charger that you get. I have been in the hobby just over 20 yrs and I have yet to see a charger slower. You literally would get 2-3 flights a day on 1 battery if you did nothing but wait the 15 hrs for 3 charges. So you say well yeah but you get 2 batterys! YUP Now you wasted 10 Hours at once. If you were to keep them cut the ends off and put on deans is what Id do. Now the Cherry on top, I still wanna love this thing it comes packaged cool it looks awesome its got 4k HD its fun to assemble. OK Battery charged (beard grew /18th inch) Transmitter is loaded with batterys lets test this thing in the living room before going outside. SO the Binding process pretty average, starting by press the Start button ... engines spool up to idle. Seems the Gerbil is in engine one not on the wheel! GREAT done for the day! Something is stuck between the motor case and the magnets I think by the rattling it does. SO now I waited a week to get it paid $250.00 with shipping to Canada and I have a shiny black terd. Fly it till it dies you say? Ever tried flying a Quad Drone on 3 motors? So now I wait to see if the ever Amazing Amazon can help me with the replacement or refund. WEEEEEEEEEEEEEE Can you tell I'm ticked? P.S I did a short video of the sound it makes. And you can feel it catch when you spin the blade by hand.
