First time when I used its fine but the second time that i used the connection to my cellphone still connected but no sound in my cellphone continued play the music. I reset and on in off both cellphone and skull candy hesh 2 its same problem.iWork in the cruise ship I don't no how to returned this item.I have little time only in San Francisco and the ship selling again in the afternoon. My last U.S.port Feb 26 San Francisco.I'm so disappointed this item nice brand but in performance and didn't say when I check this item its work great. But its garbage.
