Great headset. Audio quality is top notch. All day battery.

I balked at spending this much on a headset, but with so many Zoom and Teams meeting after starting to work from home, I needed something that I could wear comfortably for hours that would enable me to hear and be heard while minimizing background noise from my better half officing out of the same room. This headset does that in spades. Being able to connect to PC and cell phone is really convenient, although I do occasionally get interrupted in the middle of a virtual PC meeting when a call comes in on my phone, so I have to make sure not to autoconnect it to my phone when that's a concern. The earpieces are very soft and comfortable for the most part for long periods, but I do get a little achy on my earlobe where I have a stud earring. Can't really blame that on the headset, though! Battery life has been phenomenal. It tells me there's 13 hours of charge at the beginning of the day and I haven't come close to testing that, but as long as I charge it overnight, I've never had it go dead on me during the day. Folks in other meetings (especially over PC videoconference, less so over phone connection) have commented how clearly my voice comes through. Also really like the carrying case it came with. I've thrown my laptop in my briefcase and hauled these along when I needed to work outside of the home a couple of times. Note that my experiences are with using the included USB bluetooth adapter, and not the native bluetooth on my windows PC. In my experience, Windows bluetooth performance leaves a lot to be desired, but the jabra usb bluetooth adapter has been flawless. Would not hesitate to recommend.

Uncomfortable to wear all day, and microphone is meh if you need it and stuck on one side

I really wanted to like these. I've been dying to go wireless since I'm on zoom all day (even pre pandemic). I record a podcast with the same headset I use all day. that $60 Sennheiser set has lasted me like 7 years and Iv'e purchased it for many people. Great call quality, and great noise cancellation in the microphone for background noise. But alas, the set is falling apart and I wanted to see if there was something better on the market. After reading wirecutter I tried these for a few days they are nice, the charger is a great addition and looks good on the desk. connection was easy and sound quality to listen on calls and music was great. the noise cancellation in the headphones worked well and I loved the "busy" light to warn family away, and the "listen in" button to pause something to answer a question. But alas, the wireless microphone just leaves a robotic tone in the voice. and while it might be good enough rmany people, I have to run my company with my voice and it's just not warm enough. on top of that the microphone can only be on the right side of the face. I liked being able to raise and lower it to mute, but I prefer the microphone on the left side of my face. At this price there's no reason that boom can't rotate to the other side. the diagrams in the instructions are also backwards too! And wearing glasses, I found the headset uncomfortable after wearing it all day (yes, I do spend literally hours on the phone or listening to music while I work). So it's back to a wired headset I go. Maybe next time.
