Protects all 4 sides of screen without preventing S8 edge functionality

I tried 2 other cases for my S8; however, they only protected the top and bottom of the screen. This case sits slightly above the screen on all 4 sides, so it protects the screen like a normal, non-edge phone. It does NOT prevent the use of any of the edge features. As others have said, the glass screen protector does make the touch a bit less sensitive, and it makes it a bit difficult to get the top taskbar to pull down, but I've learned to manage, and it's still totally worth it. I made certain to center the glass top-bottom, so I have no issues with the case touching the screen protector. If I had placed the protector higher or lower, it would have bumped into the case. I have no issues removing the case to clean the case or phone. The screen protector is not touched. The kickstand feels very solid and well-made. The fingerprint reader is easily accessible. The case actually makes it easier to feel. The case has good grip. There are other cases that have more grip, but this is right in the middle of preventing slips, yet not getting stuck in your pocket. I've already dropped my phone in this case on tile a few times from walking hand-height without any issue.

Got this phone case because I liked the belt clip. Belt clips seem to have fallen out of popularity, but I love them. allows me to keep my phone with me without holding it or searching through pockets to find it. However, after only having it a few weeks, the empty belt clip caught on the arm of my office chair and the clip that holds the phone in place broke off. I contacted Amazon to see if the I could buy a replacement clip by itself. They suggested that I contact ZIZO the manufacturer. I did, and asked if I could buy just the belt clip. After several days they responded with I 1 word email "NO". I reordered the entire case, but the Customer Service was terrible (nearly non-existent). I have been in the Customer Service field before, and I would have expected 1 of the responses below (in descending order of preference as replacement costs and company finances would allow) 1) Sincere Apology followed by a replacement of the entire case at no cost to the consumer. 2) Sincere Apology followed by a replacement of the belt clip only at no cost to the consumer. 3) Sincere Apology followed by a coupon or other discount off the purchase of another phone case or belt clip, along with information how to best order a replacement. 4) Sincere Apology followed by information on how I could order a replacement belt clip. 5) Sincere Apology accompanying a sincere or insincere pledge to look into the problem or make the belt clip available by itself in the future. 6) A sincere Apology.
