Not Working Premium 5-in-1 Wired Selfie Stick Quickly Replaced

I received the Premium 5-in-1 Wired Selfie Stick and tried it with my Samsung S9 phone. Unfortunately, it did not work plugged into the headphone jack. I also tried it on my wife's Samsung S7 and had the same problem. I contact Jenny at Selfie World via email and she asked me to try a few things. But to no success. She then sent me a replacement selfie stick, which arrived quickly, and it worked perfectly. Jenny, thanks for your help in solving the problem. The selfie stick works with my Samsung S9 running android OS 9.0 and my wife's Samsung S7 running OS8.0.

Really wanted to give this more stars as it's defintely sturdy, fashionable and worth price. My only issue was it didn't work as well/advertised for my android/Samsung Note 8. Sadly, it did work for my wife's Samsung Galaxy? It's probably the stylus connectivity and/or Bixby which I tried to deactivate on my Note but felt was too much work just for Selfies. And I almost kept it for use with wife's Galaxy but decided against it. My return process appears simple/accepted and intend to return this week.
