Magellan RoadMate 6630T-LM GPS Dashcam

Hate may be too strong a word. This was a very disappointing product, especially when compared to the Garmin I also own. In the spirit of full disclosure, I did not open the box until it was too late to return it, which I would have done. I discovered there was no USB cord so it was impossible to charge the unit. I sent an e-mail to customer service to which I received no reply until I followed up with two additional messages and waited 7 days for an answer. Ordinarily, I would phone Customer Service and solve the problem there. Unfortunately, Magellan has evidently stopped responding to phone calls so that all one gets at there C.S. number is a recording suggesting you go to the website and check the Faqs. I eventually did receive a USB connector and was able to charge the unit. The website, by the way, is poorly designed, confusing and customer unfriendly and very difficult to get the info from. I am not a newbie. I am still struggling to effectively use the unit and as I said, no one to talk to and a poorly designed website make the process a total pain in the neck.
