Replaced Remote Control for Sony STR-KS370

I ordered this remote to replace the name brand equivalent that came with my aging Sony receiver and suddenly quit working. At first glance it looks to be a visual duplicate. I noticed that the buttons that are for the HDMI inputs were not labeled HDMI1, HDMI2, etc. The tuner button was not labeled too. I had seen this mentioned in a previous review and didn't worry too much about it.Upon putting batteries in, it did work to turn the receiver on, scroll through AMP options, and turn the volume up and down. And it does work to change between labeled inputs like TV, DVD, etc. However, for the customizable HDMI inputs at the middle of the remote, it will not change to those inputs. So I have 3 gaming consoles on my amp that in order to select the input for, I still need to get up and walk across the room. This seems like an error in the part of the manufacturer and it is not mentioned in the product description that these buttons do ABSOLUTELY NOTHING. This was the sole reason I purchased the remote and because of this I cannot recommend it as it only includes partial functionality.
