The sound is great!

It worked very well for us, we actually installed it on a golf cart, it’s water proof and exactly what we needed at 1/3 the price of a golf cart water proof one. It also sounds very good and we also purchased the water proof box with flip up lid to install it in, and all works and looks very nice, sounds great too!

Just does not work Don't purchase

When I first installed the radio, it worked fine for a couple of months, although the instructions are incomplete. It would then turn itself off after a couple of miles of driving. At this time, too late to return to Amazon, so was forced to deal with the company. Returned the radio and got a replacement. Had to pay the shipping BOTH ways at a cost of over $30. Note in the returned radio said they had replaced a part. Know this was not the case as a mounting hole I had drilled in the case was not present in the replacement. New radio worked for one month, then would not turn off and the volume control was inoperative. It's now going in the trash and I will order a different radio. Moral, do not waste your money. Wish I could give this review zero stars
