Then you can easily connect again

This was for vacation, and it has exceeded all our expectations. I also found a trick online that it doesn't mention in the instructions. If your phone or ipod will not connect to the bluetooth, go into the player bluetooth settings, and tell it to forget the device. Then you can easily connect again, I guess this is a quirk with the device. I have even used the unit as a small portable PA system for a family reunion. This unit it loud enough to fill a nice large meeting hall with no problem. While I would say the volume is comparable to a large boom box, outside the sound only carries for about 50ft. Love the rolling handle feature, and it has been a trusty companion for all our family. The battery life is great too, it usually runs for 5-10 hours on a charge depending on how loud the volume you use.

Great speaker, dont count on using the included mic.

Speaker sounds great, really easy to pair up. 1/4 inch input has its own dedicated volume control. The speaker unit itself is great. I like the lights, but i like that you can also turn them off. I like the size & the weight, havent really tested the battery life yet. The microphone however... the microphone is cunningly engineered to be easily thrown into the garbage without leaving behind any residual doubts about that having been the correct course of action.Edit: Dropped another star off it for the total lack of battery life. After having it plugged in for more than 24 hours it still doesnt hold more than 1 bar of charge.... guess ill crack it open & put new cells in it myself. Note to buyers, dont bother with this "refurbish" go ahead & pay the extra $20 or so & get a new one, they didnt even bother cleaning it.
