ZERO STARS!!!

My 2 - PLMTR5 (cameras) are connected to a PLCMTRDVR41 monitor both made by Pyle Audio. The rear camera is blurry but looks just as it would if I looked in my rear view mirror. The front camera is reversed (backward) Cars go by from left to right when they should go right to left & visa versa. I was told to call a 718 number (not even an 800 number) for Tec support. I was disconnected twice after waiting 10 minutes each time to be helped. When I was connected to a ?person? - could have been an AI, it took 45 minutes of being on hold or being asked questions, mostly on hold. I was told the camera had to be defective and I would have to call back with the exact day I bought the camera & Monitor. After I hung-up I switched the front and rear cameras. Absolutely no difference. Both cameras show a front view that is backwards. So camera is not defective or they both are. There has to be a way to reverse the image. If I used 4 cameras ch1 in front, ch2 in the rear and the other two on either side of my truck I would have three backward views and one correct view. I spent over $150.00 for a terrible product. Not only are the images backward, but the screen is really blurry. I couldn't read a license plate if I had to.The buttons on the remote make no common sense. The owners/instruction manual is a joke that tells you very little and leaves a lot of unanswered questions, which is why I have had so many e-mails to Pyle. Not that it helped at all. I wish to return the whole system for a refund. Or get the problems fixed. The system looks good on Amazon with all their claims of "ULTRA HD VIDEO QUALITY", "A more sharp picture on your auto camera recorder", and other nonsensical sentences. They need to get someone who understands ENGLISH to write their manuals and advertising. I have never been more unhappy with a product in 15 years with Amazon. The customer service is so awful that it is not even worth calling or e-mailing. I have been trying to sort this out since I bought these in December 2017. They have stalled me so long I can't return them or get a replacement. I put the camera on the back of my camper so that I can see when someone is behind me. It may be blurry but since I've wasted my money anyhow at least I can see that a blob is following me. I have purchased another Dash cam with rear view camera and installed it in less than 2 hours. The product produces a clear crisp recording that I can review and edit on my computer. it has a parking program in case someone hits your car when your not around and all manner of features and you can even use it as a video/still camera. At less than half the cost the Denicer system is a gem compared to Pyle. Avoid this Pyle of Junk at any cost. Update 10/25/2018: The whole system has died. No image anywhere. Pyle has gone silent not returning my emails or talking to me at all. Avoid Pyle audio at all cost.
