ThanoTech iPhone 6 Plus/6s Plus Case

Just like any other product before I make my decision to review it; I give it a couple months or if there's something wrong I reach out to them and see what they can do to fix it before I go and rave or rant about my experience so I'm completely shocked to say for forking over $40 ($80 if you include my girlfriend bumper) that I would get nothing out of this but a stained iPhone.I've had my black and space gray bumper for about a month on my GOLD 6S. I had to switch out the screen protector which prompt me to take off my case and while doing so I noticed that my buttons were ALL stained. The power button and the volume buttons were so heavily stained with gray residue from the case that when I tried wiping it off with alcohol wipes and acetone on a cotton swab- little but not all came off.I emailed the company in hopes to know how this happened and they stated that I'm THEE first to encounter this, and that they will "keep this in mind" going forward in their design.Now please note that the aluminum is covered with rubber around the inside of the case- BUT is limited to the buttons- there is no protection at all, it is just Strong 6063 T6 Aircraft Grade Aluminum hitting my buttons.If I didn't need to change my screen protector I would've never known that it was causing this damage to my iPhone and reaching out to the company did nothing. If my phone wasn't gold I honestly wouldn't have noticed it so just take caution; understand that possibilities like this may happen and the company will do nothing to stand by their product because- hey! they only advertise to take care of your phone by providing you with a sleek and cool design with up to 6 feet of drop protection; but they didn't said anything about the INSIDE.The first email I got from them (04.07.16) was: "sorry to hear about the button issue. Please send us some pictures so we can see what's going on and figure out the best way to take care of you."I sent some photos- explained what I did to try to rid of the stain- and the last email I got from them was (04.15.16): "Hello,Thanks for your feedback. We will keep this in mind as we move forward.Have a great weekend."I've offered to send in my phone case for them to evaluate and be more vigilant in this matter- and I'm just waiting on a response because honestly "keeping this in mind as you move forward" is not good enough for me considering that I forked out money for this case to protect my phone when in fact it did quite the opposite by staining it.
