This is a great bargain. Very good sound quality with decent noise cancelling functionality. Noise canceling isn't Bose QC35 level but I'd argue the sound level is better or on par with the aforementioned headphones. Build quality is okay, nothing fantastic and the controls needs getting used to. But for the price you are paying you get a ton of functionality packed into this headphones. The ones I have played with at the top of my head: 1. Siri/Google Now buttons 2. Swipe controls to control the volume and skip tracks 3. Temporary suspension of the noise cancelling to have a conversation by the press of a button 4. NC that works in wired mode 5. HD sound in wired mode. Also suspect the same when operating in Bluetooth mode 6. Decent base thatvdoesnt get muddy Sound in the wired mode is amazing!

Tries to do everything but fails at some degree

I was hugely disappointed but I still find it to be a nice pair of headsets. Pros: Feature pack! with -Bluetooth 4.0 -Multi Pair with two Bluetooth device same time. Knows how to find paired device after turning back on. -Very beautiful aesthetic. Looks like studio mix casual type headphone -Great sound. Not top notch but good enough. -Portable. Folds nicely like a pair of Sony mdr or Audio Technica Cons: bothered me a lot and defeated purpose of owning these -Can't listen to multiple audio same time so multi pair is useless without multi input source -the materials feel a bit fragile. Prone to finger print and scratch and breaks possibly -Bad presentation out of the box. Bad box quality presented with only micro usb and 3.5mm. Nothing else. -When 3.5mm is plugged in, the Bluetooth paired devices stop working. -A little tight and heavy -Noise cancelling isn't as good as claimed. Can still hear a lot of noise. I was excited to receive a pair of these only to find out it didn't do what I wanted. Most disappointing is not being able to listen to multiple audio source at same time whether it be two Bluetooth device or one Bluetooth and one via 3.5mm wire. I wanted to play games and talk on phone. For God's sake I bought a pair of 20$ iLive over the hear Bluetooth headsets that were able to mix both Bluetooth audio with the inline audio! The noise cancelling is more like 50% not 99%. The ad is a lie! Depending on environment, it does a decent job at blocking constant humming type noise like water faucet, AC, engines, but does bad at chitter chatter like dog barking or people talking. Luckily the tightness of the headphone already blocks out some percentage of sound but unfortunately it feels bit too tight and can cause uncomfortable feeling later on. The noise cancelling also seems to impact songs. Some songs mainly the soft quiet one will feel muddy sadly. It also sucks the buttons are completely useless when the headsets are wired. The power button won't even turn on until you unplug the cable. Pretty disappointed! No wonder Philips is never mentioned in headsets department. Step your game up! the headsets are filled with flawed design intention!!! However, I can't hate it. It tries its best and is featured pack. It tries to do everything but does nothing outstanding. Just good or average.
