This is a great bargain. Very good sound quality with decent noise cancelling functionality. Noise canceling isn't Bose QC35 level but I'd argue the sound level is better or on par with the aforementioned headphones. Build quality is okay, nothing fantastic and the controls needs getting used to. But for the price you are paying you get a ton of functionality packed into this headphones. The ones I have played with at the top of my head: 1. Siri/Google Now buttons 2. Swipe controls to control the volume and skip tracks 3. Temporary suspension of the noise cancelling to have a conversation by the press of a button 4. NC that works in wired mode 5. HD sound in wired mode. Also suspect the same when operating in Bluetooth mode 6. Decent base thatvdoesnt get muddy Sound in the wired mode is amazing!

What Gives? The headband, that's what.

Uh... so this product is great for 6 months or so, then the headband buckles in an odd place and starts to crack. There's nothing you can do about it other than to stop using the product. For me, it was right at the joint between the left-side brace and the padded top of the headband. Funny thing is, that part of the headband has a joint built in to (presumably) alleviate stress from use, but instead it just gives the device an nice place to crack in two. For the last 6 months or so, I've used these with a big wad of tape over the crack, but today it finally snapped clean in two and started stabbing me in the scalp. So, I can't use this anymore - it's a $150 piece of trash. Crap design for the overall construction even if the phones themselves sound great and are by and large pretty comfortable. Price is stupid high for a product that can't handle basic use stress for more than a year.
