Good Value USB Mic

I really enjoy my Snowball. Simple, works, and sounds pretty good. My biggest issue with the ice version is not having any sort of mute or gain control on the actual microphone. Whatever you do needs to be in-software. I originally bought for interviews for college, and worked well for that. Looks unique as well, although some companies are starting to copy the style now. Good value compared to a Yeti, thats for sure.

This mic takes a lot of tuning to perform well. It can work, but in my experience, it wasn’t great. The quality isn’t ideal for most uses, though it’s passable for basic communication, casual streaming, or gaming. Just make sure you go into a bunch of software to fine-tune it for your needs! It’s a budget-friendly option, but I’d suggest looking at other choices before settling on this one.
