Vivitek 2000 Lumen 1080p 3D Blu-Ray Projector

I am very satisfied with this projector, I think I saved a lot of money. It is extremely similar to some other projectors that sell here but I can't say what the other brand is because it will be censored like last time I did the review mentioned the other brand. 03-19-2017: I wish to amend to this review. Recently I watched the movie "Crimson Peak" which had some candle lit scenery with low light and I compared this with my Sharp Aquos 60 inch LED HDTV which had good reviews. There was no question that the Vivitek H1186-WT had much better gradation between light and dark, in other words very natural liquid and film-like appearance even with such low light levels. To get even better performance you would need a 100 inch or 120 inch OLED screen which does not really exist. Yes those are 4K and the Vivitek H1186-WT is only 1080p but what attracts movie aficionados is natural looking contrast and the color fidelity being reasonably preserved in low light, not as much the 4K picture resolution which seems the be the buzzword. Some may argue that LCOS or LCD projectors more expensive have better contrast...maybe ..but the ones I saw had this grainy photography look when dark is combined with light in the same kind of scene that the DLP technology of this projector, or most DLP projectors in general, simply sidestep entirely.
