(PAIR) Pyle 6.5in 800Watt Outdoor Bluetooth Wireless Speaker System

I purchased these speakers, and installed them on Jan 13, on my covered porch. They sounded good, not great. Then on March 9, the Second speaker was not working. I checked the wires at the back of that speaker, and they were fine. I checked the RCA connector that this speaker plugs into on the powered speaker, and unless you stand there and press it in, the second speaker will not work. So less than 60 days of use. We want to inform you that you need to send the unit back to us for warranty repair. Here is an overview of our warranty process. Our manufacturer's warranty will cover the cost of labor and all replacement parts. Once your unit arrives at our repair facility, a technician will do an initial inspection to determine if the unit needs to be either repaired or replaced (units will only be replaced if we cannot repair them). In about 4-to-6 weeks your unit will be ready to ship back to you. Please let us know if you agree so we can create an RMA for you. Have a great day! Loui Glenn Technical Advisor As you can see, they are asking me to ship them to them, then they will have them for almost as long as they worked. so I am out of speakers with shipping time, for over 2 months. This is not customer service. Be advised, do not purchase any Pyle Products.
