I was looking to replace an old, beat up phone case I had before and wanted something simple and sturdy. This case definitely does the trick! I've dropped my phone several times and it's still doing fine. The case isn't excessively bulky which is nice! Honestly it's a phone case, I feel like there isn't much else to say. Overall impression is that the case probably won't disappoint unless you're expecting it to turn into a transformer.

Please read. The case is great, but warranty does not exist.

I buy Otterbox for every phone I have. I bought this Commuter for my Samsung S9+ in 2018. Now three years later of the toughest environment you can imagine (Auto tech and instructor) the case is broken. I came to Amazon to buy another, and read here the case has a lifetime warranty. Over to the Otterbox site. Their warrantee menus do not include the Commuter. They do not list this case on their site anywhere, although one can be bought anyplace. Their automated chat only sends you in circles, the phone is not answered, and messages do not get a call back. So.... GREAT case, but the warrantee is myth-ware. Five stars for the case, zero stars for the mythical warrantee, I'm giving three because I'm buying another one anyway.
