This is a fantastic tuner/metronome. Very simple and compact, does exactly what you need it to. The metronome is a nice clear beep and the adjustment wheel is great. Headphones get nice and loud with it. The screen is nice and bright too. Fantastic value for the money!

Maybe not for violas

Unless there is a setting I am missing, this tuner does not work well for violas. It works great for my A, D and G strings, but when I get to my C string, it tries to tell me to tune it to D. I can tune my C using my G string, but wish I could use the tuner to get it perfect. Otherwise, it is a really nice unit.
