Logitech UE ROLL Bluetooth Speaker

I have wasted hours and hours of my time, trying to get 2 of these devices to pair up together in the double up mode, for the purpose of having TRUE STEREO SOUND COME OUT OF THE TWO SPEAKERS. Sometimes I have been successful (once they were in stereo mode for 3 days straight)..... But MOST OF THE TIME I WILL SPEND 30 minutes to an hour before I just GIVE UP!!!!! These things are very unreliable if you want to use the DOUBLE UP-STEREO SOUND with two devices....... IN ADDITION, I HAVE SPENT SEVERAL HOURS ON THE TELEPHONE (AND ON HOLD) WITH TECHNICAL SUPPORT AT UE, TO TRY AND TROUBLESHOOT THE PROBLEM. ONLY ONE TIME DID I GET A TECHNICIAN THAT SPOKE FLUENT ENGLISH. The rest of the time I got reps that spoke very broken English and were zero help. SO I'M, SORRY..... BUT I DON'T HAVE AN EXTRA HOUR EVERY TIME THAT I WANT TO LISTEN TO THESE THINGS IN STEREO. I have tried everything on their website in their support section, in their Q & A section...... Have even found things written on their website that contradict what they will tell you on the phone..... So today, I just had my last telephone conversation with these people. Finally, When I asked if they had any reps that spoke fluent ENGLISH, she said No, we don't have good service for the US. So, Im boxing these two devices up and sending them back to Amazon for a refund...... And yes, I stand by my 1 star review..... If these things will not consistently pair up in stereo mode, then they shouldn't advertise that feature......as that is the main feature that made me purchase them. And as for sound quality? I honestly don't know what everyone is talking about. At least for "the Rolls", they just don't sound that great. Hardly any low end at all. Yeah, you can get them fairly loud (for a little speaker) without them distorting very much, but there are many, many BT speakers out there that sound better...... although if you can ever get them into the true stereo mode (and not just the double up, which is just mono sound coming out of both speakers) then they do sound better- as a stereo pair..... But I've just wasted way too much time on this project. I've got a good pair of Boston Acoustic "wired" speakers and Im just going to run wire through the ceiling and mount the Boston Acoustics and be done with it....... (The 2 Roll speakers, and now the Boston Acoustic speakers, are going out back on my patio) But......This has been Just ridiculous...... So if any of you out there are having any luck getting a pair of these UE BT SPEAKERS to pair up in stereo mode, I would like to hear from you. And I'm talking about getting them to pair in stereo, within a minute or two on a consistent basis. I'm running the latest firmware on my phone, have tried all resets...... Tried everything and I'm just done. I would have rated them 4 stars if just this one feature had of consistently worked. I would never give them 5 stars, just because they do not sound like a 5 star speaker..(EVEN IN STEREO) ....... So it's back to wired speakers for me...... At least when they play, they will always be in stereo...... And because of that, (and as well as being wired and not BlueTooth), the Boston Acoustics will sound much better..... I was just trying to avoid the attic work......
