Freedom Phone Samsung Galaxy S4

I switched from an old fashioned flip phone to this phone. I am somewhat challenged when it comes to using the technology, and I deleted some things I should not have deleted. It took quite some time to get the problem with the phone straightened out, because customer support is rather slow with FreedomPop. You tell them your problem, you get an email saying someone will respond within 48-72 hours. That person tells you to try something. You try it and if it doesn't work you tell them in your response, then it takes another couple of days before they tell you to try something else. I finally got my problem straightened out with their help. Now I love my phone. I pay only $1.99 so that I can attach pictures to texts. The camera is great. For my needs, this suits me perfectly and you can't beat the price. My husband said that if I still love this phone and service in a couple of more months then he's going to switch from his flip phone to a FreedomPop phone, too.
