First, before getting into too much detail, though the item doesn't say in the title, these are refurbished. It is listed as a bullet point down below, but when you're buying from amazon, you're expecting a new item.The headset itself is ok. I actually bought this as a replacement while I continue to wait for a response from Turtle Beach. In less than a year, I noticed a loud creaky noise that everyone could hear when I moved my head. The plastic part inside that extends when you adjust the headset is not made with the best of plastics and will start cracking,eventually making a loud noise that everyone can hear (not feedback, but just from the damaged plastic).If you're looking for a good headset, Turtle Beach is hit and miss. Just like back with the 360, their concern is making breakable headsets or wires that need to be replaced more often than you should have to.
