Pretty Good But..........

I've had this system for quite a while and in general it's good. But the hard drive keeps dropping out, giving a "disk lost" error. I've had a few interactions with their service department but nothing has been solved. I have to unplug the DVR, maybe take off the cover and unplug the hard drive, put it all back together and hope the drive comes back online. Sometimes this takes 2-3 tries. When it comes back it usually lasts a while.

Didn't come with 1 TB box your just paying for camaras and wires ..
