Cobra Drive HD Dash Cam with 2.7" Screen

I chose the Cobra 825E based upon it's features, and the inclusion of the suction cup and adhesive mounts. I mounted it in my 2013 WRX with the adhesive mount. It's a little pricey, but I liked buying a known brand. I also installed one of the Dash Cam Store's installation kits. This allowed me to run the power cable along the headliner, down the A pillar, and directly to the fusebox, where I piggybacked off of another fuse. The final product is very clean, with all of the options I want.The 825E allows me to choose the length of each clip (3 minutes), if the g-sensor is used (off), how long the camera stays on after turning off the car (10 seconds), etc... The three minute clips are then put together by your choice of video editing software. The settings are very easy to navigate, making a manual unnecessary. The view is nice and wide, allowing me to see much of the road to my side. It's been perfect for general commuting. The mount seems solid, so the video is very smooth when watching on a larger display.All in all, I'm very happy with this camera. It seems well-built by a reputable brand, so between Cobra and Amazon, I feel just fine about my purchase. If you don't like a cable running to your 12V port, look into the installation kit I mentioned earlier. It's worth it to keep the installation clean.
