We bought this more than a year ago for our then 2yr old son. It's to keep him amused when we are doing long drives. It delivers what it suppose to do. Screen display is pretty good to show bright colors and the sound is pretty good too. Installation was easy. It's actually better than what I expect it to be. Definitely will recommend to friends and family with small kids.

Stopped working and the "protection" plan through Asurion is a joke!

Bought this product in March of 2018. Now it won't even power on. I have no idea what is wrong with it! I purchased the Asurion protection plan just to be on the safe side and when I went to submit a claim, they referred me back to the manufacturer (who by the way says the product support time has lapsed). Ummm ok. What a joke! Not only am I out $70 for the unit, I am also out the additional funds for the protection plan (that has failed to do it's job...the main reason I got the "protection"). Extremely frustrated!!
