Received Mohu leaf indoor HDTV antenna, as of now I'm totally impressed by the antenna, I live in the foothills at 2500 ft level with trees and high mountains. I scanned the T.V. after placing the antenna on interior wall next to a window, this scan showed 15 digital signals one analog signal, those signals showed no local channels but several signals 100 + miles away. I used the amplifier but attached a RG6, 3GHZ, 75 ohm coaxial cable, the picture quality was crystal clear, the clarity was 1080 (I) quality even on the channels 100 miles away. I then moved the antenna onto a window 6 inches from it's original placement, rescanned the TV and this time I received 26 channels again more than 100 + miles away and the local channels appeared, I swapped out my RG6 cable to the supplied RG59 cable, I saw little difference from one cable to the other, If I had too, I would give my RG 6 cable the thumbs up only because the TV picture clarity seemed a little better. Hopefully in the upcoming months I can update this post after I see how the inclement weather affects the antenna. I used the supplied amplifier scanned for channels and removed the amplifier, rescanned for channels saw no difference in received channels. I have see at night the local channels are clear and some of the channels 100 + miles away were not being received. The network channels receive are three CBS channels, two FOX channels, two NBC channels and one ABC channel, numerous Mexican stations and three home shopping channels, a rescan of the tv added an additional channels bringing the total to 30 channels. The weather at the time was 75 degrees and clear, no smoke or clouds. I will add that prior to my purchase I went to the antennaWeb.org web site and found were the signal towers in my area were and the majority were to south. I placed my antenna on a south window. I Know need to wait and see how the antenna reacts when rain, snow and clouds set in before I cut the cable. The antenna, cable, amp., etc all seemed of good quality. The install of the antenna was easy and quick, you will more than likely need to place the antenna several times before you find the sweet spot. UPDATE : I purchased a second Mohu Leaf 50 Indoor HDTV Antenna, Amplified and place it on the west side of the house it's receiving 40 channels, three of those channels were audio FM Channels. I wrote earlier that it appeared the amplifier did little to increase the amount of the channels received or their clarity. I WAS WRONG, The Antenna on the south pf the house WITHOUT the amplifier is receiving 15 channels, WITH the amplifier 24 channels and the channels are clearer and sharper with the amplifier, the same hold true with the antenna on the west side of the house, WITHOUT the amplifier 24 channels received, WITH the amplifier 40 channels, this antenna is also place on a window. I first tried it on an wall but the amount of channels received were less. The bottom line for the Antenna is location, location, location, the weather will be changing soon then I true test of the antenna will begin.

Worse or on par with previous rabbit ears antenna
By Mela on Reviewed in the United States on April 11, 2014
We had heard great things about the Mohu Leaf from another acquaintance. With rabbit ears from Radio Shack, we were able to get over the air digital channels (we don't have cable) but some channels wouldn't come in consistently without a little adjusting of the ears. So the Leaf sounded pretty much the answer to our reception issues. Unfortunately, it was not. We placed the Leaf all over the apartment (and we don't live in a hilly area with tall skyscrapers although we are in an urban area). Sometimes we got 50 channels (but no NBC or ABC), sometimes we got 30 channels (but again missing some of the major stations), and sometimes we got 0 channels. There was no need to call the Customer Service; I cannot imagine any tips they could have given. Everything was plugged in properly. In the end, we returned it. I was able to find the antenna connection to the apt. building's roof antenna in the apt. and after getting a transformer adaptor and coaxial cable, I was able to connect to the best reception we've ever had. We ended up with 75 channels after a channel scan and more importantly, got all the top stations plus many more we didn't get with our rabbit ears. And no static or off and on reception. The Mohu was not anything special for us and was worse or same as what we had with the rabbit ears.
