hi my is Anthony De Vignes i am going to say it again Jabra is the boss for me on the market i bought the jabra sport wireless and jabra stone 3 on the 01-24-2014. i bought the jabra stone 3 first and when i saw the jabra sport wireless i said to myself i must have it also,i love the stone 3 the way it speak to you and if your smartphone has voice control better yet it let you know who is calling it also let you know how much talk time you have,i also like the way you can charge both charger and headset when the talk time is low you just take the headset and put it into the charger and leave it a few minutes and it will charge right up again without plugin it into any outlet.i want to let everyone to know if you are having any problems with the ear jells you can use the jells from the jabra bt 250 or the jabra bt 2020 they work perfect just use a tip of petroleum jelly and they slip right on and i can tell you great sound way to go jabra you are the master of all masters.

Maybe just a bad item, but very disappointed

I have had a Jabra Stone before so I was looking forward to this new version. I have to say disappointing for a couple of reasons. First, the battery in the earpiece won't charge correctly. From the first time I charged it the maximum life I got was 90 minutes not the advertised 120. Also they won't hold the charge so whether I am using the headpiece or not the battery discharges. Also the earpiece won't take a charge from the stone. So it's great that the stone holds and extra 8 hours of battery but the earpiece wont charge at all unless the stone is plug in. A poor design that you can't also plug the headset in directly. There is also a lot of noise in the earpiece. While it is sitting in my ear, I can hear electronic noise in the background when I'm not using it on calls. Really? Buzzing and electronic noise? No thanks. I have tried to contact Jabra customer service with NO response of any kind and it's been two weeks. Pretty much wasted money and certainly I will never purchase anything from this company again.
