Do yourself a big favor and look somewhere else , after spending so much and setting up the scanner ,NOW I HAVE TO PAY A MONTHLY FEE TO USE it.... THAT IS SO STUPID ..... DO NOT BUY THIS Read the other one-star reviews and you'll see the pattern emerge. The scanner stops working after 30 days which is too late to send it back . Customer service from Neat is terrible almost nine ..... they will charge you to chat with you online ( no phone calls ) and take care of any problems which they always have ...... You'll get useless responses in email.If you want to have a piece of Junk on your desk and start paying to use the scanner after 30 days go ahead and waste your moneyThey will hold you hostage until you pay ..... .Put your money in a better use .... KEEP AWAY AND DO NOT BUY
