Don't lose your money

It's dead. Six months later. It reloads every time I try to select an address. This was a complete waste of several hundred dollars. It's dead and the company has told me they could get a refurbished unit to me in about 3 weeks. They don't ship for a week and I'm stranded. They won't put a rush on it even though I have 2.5 before I leave here. This unit sounds good on paper but it difficult to use.
