decent low cost active use earbuds.
By Brian Jones on Reviewed in the United States on December 7, 2013
I've owned and do own several sets of jlab headphones. I'm convinced that they are some of the best bang for the buck you can get in headphones. I got these as a low cost option for my daughter so she can have a set of active use headphones without breaking MY ank every time she breaks them (which is way too often for my taste). While these don't sound as good as my jlab epics or j6's they do sound good and offer cord length options and sharing options neither of those can boast. They are light weight and fit nicely and ergonomically.

Jack of All Trades
By Guy with a Tie on Reviewed in the United States on December 7, 2014
This is a Jack of All Trades attempt from JLAB. Great idea -- weak execution! As you can see in the video, in order to get some base out of these headphones I had to use silicon tips from my Panasonic earbuds. If one needs to listen to the lectures of one's favorite biochemistry professor, these are the best. :) Thank the Science Lord for electronic post processing on modern smartphones and PCs. After some tweaking, I got some reasonable sound out of these earbuds. I had to shovel them so deep into my ears, I was touching the brain stem. The earbuds have a female 3.5mm socket instead of a regular jack. As a result, you have to use this 3-in-1 cable with the connector that is so massive that it might become metastatic. The package does not have a clip to hold the weight of this connector in the middle of the cable. This weight pulls the earbuds out your ears. Forget about using them for jogging unless you can wrestle away your girlfriend's hair clip for that. The headphones do not have a mic, so the adapter's hefty bulkiness is not even justified. In short - Jack did not master none ... Pity.
