Very Nice Sounding Quality Headphones, with Good Bass.
By Rahila Nnena on Reviewed in the United States on June 26, 2015
I First like Style and Feel of the JLab Bombora Headphones. The JLab Bombora Headphones are Cool to look at and very Comfy to wear; the Balanced Audio Quality make them a Good choice for listeners with a diverse taste in a lot of Music. The Pros of the Headphones are Quite a Lot of Great Things, & Headphones are pretty Good overall. To begin with the JLab Bombora Headphones have a sleek, sturdy design, fit really comfortably, offer Good Sound for noise-canceling headphones too. I believe the Soundstage is wide and quite nice. It has a nice combination of comfort and Superior Sound Quality from what I have sampled. The JLab Bombora is a well-constructed, a comfortable Over-Ear headphone that sounds impressive, with Excellent Clarity and Good, Tight Bass. I appreciate it. It is a Headphone that certainly sounds Good for the money. The Headphones click with all Music genres and are possibly comfortable to wear for hours at a time. They Sound Excellent for their relatively modest price point, not bad. The JLab Bombora offer clear, Natural Sound and a very comfortable fit for Over-ear Headphones They offer Strong Sound for the money, with Impressive Bass performance. They are a good value at $23.00 to $40.00 and well worth a long look at, particularly if you're someone who listens to a lot of Bass type Music. I think JLab Bombora headphones fits really well, comfortable and delivers strong performance for a reasonable Fine Price. I would say they have Superb Sound Quality - are Very comfortable - and Noise Reduction is almost noise canceling grade without having to crank the volume up.The JLab Bombora Headphones have some Amazing Sound Quality and very even with just some of the Right amount of Highs and Mids with a Good amount of Bass. The Only 2 Cons of the Headphones are #1 the Headphones do not fold up, #2 Con is that there is a Little bit of an Echoey sound in the Headphones sometimes, Music does sound a bit Echoey, with a Echo Feedback coming from the Headphones, the Only way that I get rid of the Echo sound, is by adjusting the Equalizer on My Computer or iPod. When I turn all the way down the midrange frequencies in the middle 250 Hz, and 500 Hz, level down on Equalizer then the Headphones Sound a lot Better or Sound Fine. The JLab Bombora Headphones are really Comfortable to wear and I think well-suited for day-to-day use. The Sound is very Clear, Crisp and has a Nice Excellent Bass. I still give them 5 Stars, especially for the prices on Amazon.com. I Would Recommend these if you are into Your Music Listening primarily.

(update) great look, good sound, terrible fitting

original review below. but after less than 1 week of use the left speaker has died. it's not balance, it's not a driver or soundcard problem. returning. let me also add, the zero noise cancellation i mention below, gets really old and becomes a huge nuisance in no time. i can have the volume cranked and people can still talk to me.=====they don't seat around my ears perfectly. there's a gap on the back side which equates to zero noise cancellation. i bought these for plane trips where there's tons of noise i'd rather not hear. the jlab earbuds do better than this. disappointed but still, jlab is a great company and their earbuds are dialed in. i have owned 3 pairs of those. this is the first headphone i've seen of theirs (i could be wrong), so maybe they're just tapping in to the market. i'm confident they'll get it right eventually but this pair seems beta to me. they do look cool though.these phones are heavy on the lows (bass) to me. some people like it that way. i prefer a balance between all, lows mids and highs. running it against an equalizer to compensate based on genre does help a lot. then they sound great. like all headphones/earbuds they need to be broken in. i can't explain why, but it's a fact. hook these up to your player and turn the volume high (not high enough to blow them, but higher than you're ears' comfort level), play a track on loop for 24 hours and you're good to go. right out of the box you'll hear raspy highs in the treble. this is normal don't panic. break them in and it will go away.sorry jlab but i have to do this (for now)... if you're looking for a really sick pair of headphones check out the Sennheiser HD 280 Pros. i got them for my turntables, needed great quality and saw tons of great reviews on them and now i too am a huge fan. they are the most comfortable, most crisp, most well engineered headphones i have ever seen. i'm floored they are only $80, they are truly the quality of a $500 pair. they are so nice in fact, that i bought these jlab's for travel because, even at only $80 for the Sennheisers i still refuse to take them out of my house for fear of damage or guaranteed no doubt- theft. they are very special to me. i will hurt you if you hurt them. :)good luck jlab. i know you'll get these right. great job on the exterior design. they do look great and they do sound good just like your earbuds. my only complaint is the lack of universal fitting. the cups really just don't adjust that well and the aux cable could stand to be a little longer, or coiled to stretch as much as you need. i'm keeping them though.
