Great Headset with Great Support !

Great Headset with Great Support !! I did a lot of research on headsets prior to purchasing Leitner's LH280 and it's worth every penny. I host a lot of online meetings for work even before covid, so I wanted to make sure that the headset I was going to purchase had the following specific qualities and features: 1. Great quality sound (both incoming & outgoing) 2. Needs to be very reliable 3. Needs to be wireless 4. It had to be compatible with my Polycom VXX-601 desktop phone so operation would be seamless when switching back & forth between the handset or speakerphone. 5. It has to look professional, like it was made for the Polycom versus one that is a work-around where you have to connect it to the desktop phone handset and then to the headset base. 6. It needs to be able to connect to both the Polycom phone and a computer so I don't have to unplug it from one device to another in order to use it. Installation was extremely easy ! Operation of the headset is seamless with my Polycom desktop phone both from a functionality point of view & physically. The footprint is small and connects directly to the phone base itself which keeps the desktop phone look complete and professional while the headset button on the Polycom phone interacts with the headset perfectly with calls including switching calls back/forth from the handset/speaker/headset. The sound quality is excellent but interestingly enough, I was hosting a meeting one day and got some feedgack that although, the sound quality was still excellent; it sounded like I was really far away from the headset. So I called support, left a voicemail and Raghu got back to me immediately within 30 minutes and not only did he show me how to increase the microphone volume, he also gave me some great tips. I somehow must have turned down my microphone volume when I was moving the base around. Some additional positives: It has a 5-year warranty which is awesome, I was able to connect the headset to both my desktop phone and my computer at the same time where all I have to do is press a button on the base to switch back/forth, and since it's wireless; gives me the freedom to move away from my desk and/or while I am giving a presentation. The signal was strong enough for me to walk down our hallway to the other side of the building (not that I would do that normally but since the office is empty due to covid, why not). The headset is comfortable but not able to wear it for long periods of time. I am pretty sure that's a "me" issue and will try some of the other ear pieces that was included as part of the package. I highly recommend it. Glenn

The comfort is pretty bad I use a gaming headset for most of my day to day calls it cost 13 bucks from mpow. But I needed to get one that looked more professional for my video calls and with everything backordered for a month I moved on this because it was available and senheiser had always been a trusted brand. One of one ear piece primary features is that it can switch between left or right this one can't. No big deal to me. The headpiece itself is uncomfortable after an hours use. The mic cannot be moved around at all whereas with others at this price point they can at least be moved further away from your mouth. Sound is good microphone is good but I have to lower the mic gain in skype so that people I talk to don't hear every breath I take.
